1.What makes this program different from other exercise and nutrition programs?

The biggest difference is that Six Pack Shortcuts was designed to help you burn your belly fat and get abs by maximizing the Afterburn Effect, where else other programs are not.

The style of workout used in the course is called Afterburn Training - a very unique combination of weightlifting and high intensity cardio. The goal of Afterburn Training is to maximize your need to recover from your workouts, and therefore the calories you consume through Afterburn.

The advantage of working out in this style is that you'll be able to do VERY effective workouts in just 30 minutes or less. But be warned...this will be an INTENSE 30 minutes, and you'll have to exert far more effort than a traditional bodybuilding or cardio routine. However, if you are willing to train hard you can really see some KILLER results from Afterburn Training.

A second difference is that Six Pack Shortcuts also includes the Zero Willpower Eating System as a free bonus. Our eating system is unique because it's designed to make healthy eating as simple, convenient, and cheap as possible. Here's how it works:

Each week, you'll cook 14-30 simple healthy meals in advance. Then throughout the week, you'll just pop them in the microwave whenever you need a meal. You'll spend LESS time cooking and cleaning then you do now, and you'll spend LESS on food because the meals consist of simple whole foods. And our clients find it much easier to stick to than other diets that require you to count calories, cook complex meals, or follow convoluted nutrition rules.

The third key difference is that Six Pack Shortcuts is taught 100% through entertaining yet informative short videos. That means that you won't have to spend hours slogging through a boring ebook, and that you won't have the impossible task of figuring out how to do exercises from sketchy pictures and text descriptions. You'll find the videos are easy to watch, AND you'll find you learn more from seeing the workouts demonstrated on video rather than reading about them.

Want to learn more about how Six Pack Shortcuts is unique, and whether it's right for you? Then check out the Afterburn Training video! 2. What is the Afterburn Effect?

The Afterburn Effect is more commonly known by its scientific name, Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption or EPOC. Unless you're a fitness nerd like me you can just call it "Afterburn" though ;)

Here's how the Afterburn works:

After your exercise, your body needs to RECOVER. You need to repair your muscle tissues, a replenish certain energy molecules inside your muscles so that they can do more work. And this recover consumes calories - which means that it can help you to burn your belly fat and get abs if you maximize it.

All forms of exercise trigger the Afterburn Effect to some degree. However, research shows that low intensity forms of exercise (jogging on the treadmill, doing crunches, etc.) trigger a very small Afterburn Effect, while high intensity forms of exercise (heavy compound weightlifting and high intensity cardio) trigger a MUCH bigger Afterburn Effect. By doing the right type of training, you can dramatically increase the amount of calories you are burning through Afterburn which will allow you to burn your belly fat and get abs faster.

Here's what others are saying about the Afterburn Effect...

From Wikipedia:

"In a 1992 Purdue study, results showed that high intensity, anaerobic type exercise resulted in a significantly greater magnitude of EPOC than aerobic exercise of equal work output....the overall weight-control benefits of EPOC, for men and women, from participation in resistance exercise occur over a significant time period."

From Ask Men:

"While on the quest for fat loss, many people place far too much focus on how many calories they are burning during their exercise sessions, while forgetting to account for the calories that will be burned because of that exercise session -- after all is said and done. If you train in the proper way, you can actually greatly enhance the total amount of fat burned with your exercise program by taking advantage of these additional calories lost after the training program is completed.

...make sure you don't forget the important factor of EPOC during your next workout. If you plan your program right, it can mean the difference between coming in large and ripped by the end of your goal month, and being muscular, but not all that defined."

From The University Of New Mexico:

"Although there appears to be variation in individual responses, the positive news is that [calories burned through EPOC] can add up over time and may contribute to long-term weight management. Some evidence-based exercise options to maximize the exercise after-burn are presented in Sidebar 1. When working with clients who want to maximize energy expenditure through EPOC, focus on developing their training status so they can perform higher intensity exercise."

Yes! In fact, about 30% of my clients are female right now. The truth is, getting in shape is 95% the same whether you're male or female, and Six Pack Shortcuts is a great way to get in shape for either sex.

There ARE some small modifications that I recommend that female clients make to the program though. This is why I include the "Female Workout Modification Worksheet" when you purchase Six Pack Shortcuts, so you'll know exactly what to switch up to build a feminine, toned physique. 6. I'm probably way older/younger/fatter/skinnier/out of shape than your average client. Will Six Pack Shortcuts work for me?

Yes! The program is designed to get results for clients of any age, gender, or fitness experience level. I have clients as old as 72 and as young as 16 who have gotten results with the program. I also have many clients who never exercised before they began Six Pack Shortcuts, and a few clients who worked out for decades before starting to train with me.

The reason the program can get results for anyone is that it is designed so that you can increase the intensity and make it more challenging as you progress. It's safe and effective for beginners to follow, and I show advanced guys how they can amp up the intensity so they can also get killer workouts in.

In addition to this, I make the program highly customizable. In the Advanced Coaching videos, I show you many advanced workout add-ons that you can do in addition to the base Six Pack Shortcuts workouts to help you progress towards your goals. There are fat loss workout add-ons, muscle-building workout add-ons, add-ons to make your more athletic and functionally strong...etc. You can pick what goal you want to accomplish, and customize your workouts to get you there as fast as possible.

And if you REALLY think your situation is unusual, remember the program includes unlimited 1-on-1 email coaching with my staff of trainers. You can contact them, and they can help you to design a routine that fits your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals.

I really do believe you can tremendously benefit from working out and eating right, and that I can help you do it through Six Pack Shortcuts. Watch the Afterburn Training video now to see how, and to see if Six Pack Shortcuts is right for you.

Mike's disclaimer: I'm a personal trainer, not a doctor or a medical professional. If you have a medical issue that makes working out or eating healthy dangerous for you, you should talk to your doctor before beginning Six Pack Shortcuts. I also recommend that anyone under the age of 18 or over the age of 70 talk to a doctor before beginning the program, even if you have no medical issues right now. The program should be fine for virtually everyone to follow, but it's always best to be safe and double-check that the workouts and diet will be safe for you if you're a teenager or if you're over 70.
