**25 – 50 reps for the complete workout
00:24 : Clean and press super-set with burpees: The cleaning press can be done with a regular barbell or an easy curl bar. Use a weight that you would feel is safe for you. Find a weight that will allow you to do this exercise for about 8 to 10 reps. Clean and presses are one of the most effective exercises for burning fat. This is a compound exercises that trains the entire upper body as well as some lower body for a tremendous amount of calorie burn.
