Here’s a great chest workout that you can do at home with no equipment. You’ll just need a small object to act as a platform — I use an aerobics box, but a large book, box, or any similar object will do.
This is also great for your core, because during all these pushups you’ll need to stabilize your body. This requires you to keep your core tight, so you’re building your abs at the same time as your chest.
