I always say that the time of day you workout is not important but to lose a significant amount of body fat in a short amount of time you have to stay regimented. Morning workouts are the absolute best way to ensure you are not only getting your workout in but your metabolism is always the slowest in the morning after your “sleep fast” so you want to speed it up as FAST as possible.

Fuel your body immediately after working out
Once you rack your last rep… you should be sticking a meal in the microwave. For Insane Fat Loss, I will always keep carbs really low and protein high. Also, make sure you control your portions… A good rules of thumb would be to have the entire meal be 1.5 the size of your closed fist with twice as much protein as carbohydrates.
Also stick to the leaner proteins instead of beef and pork. These are the 3 best protein sources for extreme fat loss…

As far as Carbs go your choice isn’t as important simply because your intake of carbs in these meals should be extremely low, but here are 3 really dense carbs that should be kept out of these fat melting meals!

During my two weeks of insane fat loss training, I NEVER did the same workout twice. The only thing the workouts had in common was the INTESITY I bought to them.
Here are some ABSOLUTE no no’s for working out for extreme fat loss…
- DON’T STEP ON A TREADMILL
- Never rest for more than 30 seconds in between sets
- Never do cardio, before your strength training
Also I would always workout multiple muscle groups with every workout. Workout splits are great for building mass and shaping specific muscles, but if you want to drop body fat fast… workout as many muscles as you can with every workout. You need to do everything you can to exhaust the muscles to their absolute limit.
