Home CHEST AND TRICEP Workout


 
Hey guys, in this video Im gonna show you how you can build your chest and tricep muscles using just a pair of dumbbells. This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don’t have access to a gym.
 
CHEST WORKOUT
 
Floor Dumbbell Flys – 10 reps
 
Incline Dumbbell Push Ups – Till Failure (as many reps as you can)
 
Flex and Squeeze – squeeze your chest for 10 sec
 
Repeat 8 times
  
TRICEP WORKOUT
  
Overhead Dumbbell Extension – 10-15 reps
 
Chair Dips – Till Failure ( as many reps as you can)
 
Flex and Squeeze – squeeze your triceps for 10 sec
 
Repeat 8 times
