What up guys, its FLEX FRIDAY for us at Sixpackshortcuts! So every week, all the guys here on the Sixpackshortcuts team take progress pictures of how our bodies look for the week so it will help us track changes in our bodies and making sure we are reaching our personal fitness goals!
