Party season is right around the corner and not only is it time to show off the beach body, but it is also time for the summer parties! I am going to let you know how to stay fit and still enjoy fun in the sun.
It’s the truth… the more parties you go to, the more awesome you are… I know. I went to college and I like to have a good time. I might have ripped a few shots in my day and by that I mean my day is now! I want to give you some tips on how to party and still work toward getting those six pack abs.
1) Chug the Vodka(Must Be 21 to drink, underage drinking is wrong and illegal!)
Vodka is low in calories compared to most of the things you will be drinking at the party, so why not be healthy and drunk… ya I said it. Anyway, stick to vodka or straight liquor on the rocks unless you not only want to be an embarrassment to your friends, but also drink a bunch of sugar. Sorry Sally… no fancy drinks like Mai Thai’s or Long Island Ice Teas!
2) Make sure you stay hydrated.
Alcohol can make you really dehydrated, so make sure between rounds of shots with your friends that you remember to sip on something that looks similar to vodka. WATER!
3) Try to keep the late night eating to a minimum! I know you are human, but at least try to limit the bad food.
Nelly is a Rockstar and of course he parties like you do, maybe a bit harder! If you want to stay ripped like my man Nelly, you have to try to avoid eating six double cheeseburgers and two large fries from McDonald’s after a night of partying. Stick to one cheeseburger and maybe a medium fries.
Now that you know how to party like a ROCKSTAR and stay in shape… next party you go to, I want you to:
1) Stick to straight liquor (If you are 21 or older).
2) Every couple of shots, drink some water.
3) Try as hard as you can to avoid the late night eating!
