<p>We&#8217;ll be combining four of my personal favorite abs sculpting exercises and super-setting them to create a ultra intense and effective abs workout.</p>
<p>** 7 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest.</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>0:32 Bicycle super-set with jackknife.</p>
<p>Start with bicycle crunches where you alternate touching left elbow to right knee and right elbow to left knee. Right after that, go directly into a jack knife crunch without rest. Jack knife is where you reach for a toe touch as you lift you leg straight in the air.</p>

<p>Today I am going to tell you how to get rid of that stubborn belly fat without spending so much time on a cardio machine.  It gets boring after awhile right?</p>
<p>Are you ready for this?</p>
<p>Stop using CARDIO machines!  That will save you some time and boredom.</p>
<p>Cardio machines do one thing for you&#8230; they get you really REALLY good at doing cardio.  The long, slow cardio that most people do isn’t good for losing belly fat, because it has a low Afterburn effect.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><em>Afterburn Effec</em>t: Allows you to burn calories and boosts your metabolism for 48 hours after a workout. Sounds a lot better than long, slow cardio, right?</p>
<p>So.. how do you get rid of stubborn belly fat and maximize the Afterburn Effect?</p>
<p>Interval Cardio!</p>
<p>Interval cardio is your answer to burning that stubborn belly fat and getting the six pack abs you have always wanted.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Interval cardio: is short bursts of an exercise with rest periods between the exercises.</p>
<p>Now that you know what you need to attack that fat and know why you should avoid those machines and do interval cardio to get kill the fat&#8230; do it!</p>

<p>Today I am going to tell you how to get rid of that stubborn belly fat without spending so much time on a cardio machine.  It gets boring after awhile right?</p>
<p>Are you ready for this?</p>
<p>Stop using CARDIO machines!  That will save you some time and boredom.</p>
<p>Cardio machines do one thing for you&#8230; they get you really REALLY good at doing cardio.  The long, slow cardio that most people do isn’t good for losing belly fat, because it has a low Afterburn effect.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><em>Afterburn Effec</em>t: Allows you to burn calories and boosts your metabolism for 48 hours after a workout. Sounds a lot better than long, slow cardio, right?</p>
<p>So.. how do you get rid of stubborn belly fat and maximize the Afterburn Effect?</p>
<p>Interval Cardio!</p>
<p>Interval cardio is your answer to burning that stubborn belly fat and getting the six pack abs you have always wanted.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Interval cardio: is short bursts of an exercise with rest periods between the exercises.</p>
<p>Now that you know what you need to attack that fat and know why you should avoid those machines and do interval cardio to get kill the fat&#8230; do it!</p>

I want you do  this workout three times in the next week and then the week after, work your way up to four times, and the next week up to five times.  I want you to go all the way until you reach six times a week and you have hit your goal!</p>
