Cannonball Shoulder Workout


Build a ripped V-Shaped Upper Body FAST.

What’s up guys, It’s Mike and today I’m going to show you my cannonball shoulder Workout. This workout will help you build that sought after V-Shaped upper body that will grab you all the attention when your shirt comes up.

Workout Breakdown:

**4 exercises combined to form 2 super-sets

**The complete workout includes 4 sets for each super-set // 8-10 reps per set.

0:12 Military press super-set with upright rows – This super-set will focus on building mass on your front deltoids and developing the traps also.

0:32 Driver super-set with underhand military press – This super-set will focus on building muscle mass on the side deltoids and also will help get your shoulders ripped by bringing out more definition.

Free Weights Vs. Machines

 

Hey guys,

I am going to answer a question I get from a lot of my Six Pack Shortcuts members and people who follow me on Youtube.com.  “What should I use in the gym?  Should I use free weights or should I use machines Mr. Chang?”  … First of all, don’t ever call me Mr., because I am too young for that shit!  Haha, but I am going to tell you the three major advantages of free weights over machines and why free weights will help you get ripped.

Advantage 1: Free weights help you build muscle faster.

- Here is a good example: when you pick up a piece of furniture… it’s not always balanced immediately, but your body eventually balances it out.  Your body has to naturally stabilize it. How does it stabilize it?  Your stabilizing muscles kick in when you lift the couch, just like they kick in when you use with free weights.

Free Weights = More Muscle Contractions(to stabilize) = Building More Muscle

You are going to build muscle and get stronger, quicker.

PS. Oh, by the way you also use your ab muscles with free weights, so you will get six pack abs …

How I transformed my Skinny arms to Huge MUSCULAR Arms.

This is Mike Chang with Sixpackshortcuts and today I’ll take you through my muscle explosion workout. In this workout you learn how to create an intense muscle pump and build lean vein popping muscle fast.

**30 seconds each for 4 rounds

Jumping knee tucks: Make sure you get your knee past your waist on every jump.

Mountain climbers Push-ups: After every 5 mountain climber, super-set with 1 push-up.

Box jumps: Box jumps can be done on any hard raised surface. You can use a bench, stairs or if you have nothing to jump on… just do a jump squat.
