How I went from FAT to six pack abs

Hey guys,

It’s Mike and I’ve got the strongest men in the world training abs with me today. In this video, we’ll show you two different styles of abs training that will give you crazy strong and ripped abs.

Since these guys don’t have visible abs, I wanted to see if they are still able to preform abs exercise as well as us normal guys do.

Abs routine:

1:00 Jack knifes – Lay flat on your back and have your arms extended out over your head. Then reach out and touch your toes as you lift your legs at the same time.

1:50 Push up position knee to elbows – Get into a push up position and have your left knee touch your left elbow then repeat with the right.

2:42 Cross elbow to knee crunches: Lay flat on your back an have your hands behind your head. Lift both knees up and have your right elbow touch your left knee and left elbow to right …

Doers Vs. Thinkers

Why think so much about something when you can do it? Life is too short to think about taking a leap of faith in some aspect of life. I used to think a lot more before I made small decisions and that got me nowhere, really fast. Now, I take action. I have control. I create my destiny, rather than wait for it. How, you ask? I lift weights! Just kidding of course, but when I made the decision to change my life physically, the process opened my eyes to how commitment and success are so closely related. It takes a lot of hard work to get in shape, just like it takes a lot of hard work to be successful in any aspect of life. One piece of advice I want to give everyone today is to be a doer and not a thinker!

Now, please don’t be the person who says, “Mike Chang said to stop thinking.” Stop thinking that! I am not a comedian, so I’ll spare you the cheesy routine. What I am getting at is that it is a great idea to stop making excuses. When excuses come into any equation, it is from over-thinking …

What’s up guys,

Mike here and im going over all the best and worse excuses why someone can’t workout. No matter what your excuse is, you can always find a way to overcome it.

Recently I had a tear on my hamstrings, its been about two weeks and its still purple and blue. I could of easily skipped 2 weeks of working out but instead I simply focused on the body parts that weren’t injured. Always focus on the the positive side of things and the negative effects will fade away.

So whenever you are thinking about skipping a workout, do watch this video and get your butt up and like Nike says, just do it.

BUDDY PUSH-UP CONTEST

Hey y’all! In today’s episode, I’m going to show you one of my FAVORITE bodyweight exercises for building chest and upper body muscle…BUDDY PUSHUPS! Whenever I’m traveling and need to get a quick pump in, I always get who ever is with me to knock out a couple of sets of these buddy push ups.

It’s a bit more difficult then your average push ups but it will fill your chest with blood and really give you a deep and crazy stretch to help force maximum growth.

Buddy push up workout description:

Option 1:

Place you hand on the upper back of your buddy and apply downward pressure. I suggest doing at least 12 reps of 6 sets each.

Option 2:

You got to watch the video to find out. Here’s a little insight, I call it the “Raging Bull”.
