How to get V-Cut Abs FAST.

It’s Mike with Six Pack Shortcuts and today I show you my V- Cut abs workout. This video will help you build the perfect shape abs that women find irresistible.

Video breakdown:

We’ll be combining four of my personal favorite abs sculpting exercises and super-setting them to create a ultra intense and effective abs workout.

** 7 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Instructions:

0:32 Bicycle super-set with jackknife.

Start with bicycle crunches where you alternate touching left elbow to right knee and right elbow to left knee. Right after that, go directly into a jack knife crunch without rest. Jack knife is where you reach for a toe touch as you lift you leg straight in the air.

The One Trick you Need to Know to Get Six Pack Abs

Hey y’all

Today I am going to tell you how to get rid of that stubborn belly fat without spending so much time on a cardio machine.  It gets boring after awhile right?

Are you ready for this?

Stop using CARDIO machines!  That will save you some time and boredom.

Cardio machines do one thing for you… they get you really REALLY good at doing cardio.  The long, slow cardio that most people do isn’t good for losing belly fat, because it has a low Afterburn effect.

Advanced Full Body Dumbbell Workout


How I went from being Fat to having a Ripped Body.

What’s up,

This is Mike Chang with Sixpackshortcuts, and today we’re going to blast our entire body with my advance dumbbell workout. This workout will not only burn off your belly fat, but it’ll also get you that lean and athletic body your always wanted.

Workout breakdown

** 10 reps per exercise or ten rep on each side per exercise
** Completing all exercises equals 1 round // Complete four rounds per for entire workout.

0:22 Push up rows – Do a push up holding the dumbbells and complete a single arm row with the dumbbell directly after. Complete rows with both arms.

0:44 Dumbbell front squat – Curl the dumbbell up and hold the dumbbell at the top position. Squat down and have the elbow touch the knees before coming up from the rep.

1:07 Spinal crunch- Start off on your hands and knee and bring up and out your right arm and left legs. To complete the exercise, bring back in the right elbow to touch your left knee. Alternate on both sides, and make sure you squeeze your abs during each rep.

Howdy y’all,

Party season is right around the corner and not only is it time to show off the beach body, but it is also time for the summer parties!  I am going to let you know how to stay fit and still enjoy fun in the sun.

It’s the truth… the more parties you go to, the more awesome you are… I know.  I went to college and I like to have a good time.  I might have ripped a few shots in my day and by that I mean my day is now!  I want to give you some tips on how to party and still work toward getting those six pack abs.

1) Chug the Vodka(Must Be 21 to drink, underage drinking is wrong and illegal!)

Vodka is low in calories compared to most of the things you will be drinking at the party, so why not be healthy and drunk… ya I said it.  Anyway, stick to vodka or straight liquor on the rocks unless you not only want to be an embarrassment to your friends, but also drink a bunch of sugar. Sorry Sally… no fancy drinks like Mai Thai’s or Long Island Ice Teas!…

Free Weights Vs. Machines

 

Hey guys,

I am going to answer a question I get from a lot of my Six Pack Shortcuts members and people who follow me on Youtube.com.  “What should I use in the gym?  Should I use free weights or should I use machines Mr. Chang?”  … First of all, don’t ever call me Mr., because I am too young for that shit!  Haha, but I am going to tell you the three major advantages of free weights over machines and why free weights will help you get ripped.

Advantage 1: Free weights help you build muscle faster.

- Here is a good example: when you pick up a piece of furniture… it’s not always balanced immediately, but your body eventually balances it out.  Your body has to naturally stabilize it. How does it stabilize it?  Your stabilizing muscles kick in when you lift the couch, just like they kick in when you use with free weights.

Free Weights = More Muscle Contractions(to stabilize) = Building More Muscle

You are going to build muscle and get stronger, quicker.

PS. Oh, by the way you also use your ab muscles with free weights, so you will get six pack abs …
