This video was shared by Mario a member of our sixpackshortcuts community. Supersets are excellent for developing muscularity, a superset is performed with little to no rest between sets, also a superset incorporates two different exercises into each set.
 
Supersets also allow you to increase the intensity by overloading a muscle. So, for a great muscle burn, supersets are great!
