A Happy Client Makes a Happy Mike :)
Whats up guys!
This morning while I was going through my emails, and answering clients fitness questions I came across this email where this woman had written a fantastic review on the Six Pack Shortcuts. I always get excited to hear when my program really works for people, but this almost brought a tear to my eye.
Susan if you somehow read this thank you so much for writing this wonderful review on my program, your story has really inspired me to continue making new workouts and helping people get into shape…
My name is Susan. I am 34 years old, have two beautiful children, and a wonderful providing husband. I can honestly say I have a very happy life.
My husband and I have both always been “bigger.” Well… Ok maybe we are a little bit bigger than just “bigger,” but it never bothered us. We were in love and that’s all we needed. Once our 2nd baby arrived we had both really let ourselves go, and we knew it. To this day he’ll blame in on my 3am cravings for chocolate pudding that happened nightly for the last 4 months of each pregnancy… I guess I cant lie he may be on to something. J
We had talked about getting into shape several times; more for are children than for ourselves… They were beginning to tired us out a bit too easily. We were nearly 500 pounds between the two of us… We’d start, and stop… Start, and stop. There were times we both went to the gym (which I HATED) 5 days a week for 3 months straight, but those scales just refused to tip.
We felt defeated, and I got to the point where I was done…
Then one day my husband came home with a dumbbell in each hand, and a huge smile on his face. He told me he had found out what we were doing wrong this entire time… and this time we are going to lose the fat and get those toned, and firm bodies we had wanted for so long. Then he made me laugh because he told me I never have to go to a gym again and all I needed was the 2 dumbbells he was holding in his hands!
Right away, I had no faith. I even got kinda ticked off when he told me this fitness epiphany he had came from an online program he spent 97 dollars on! But he looked happy, and he is my husband, so I kissed him on the cheek and just said “Good luck.” After all 97 dollars isn’t a lot of money.
Before I knew it my foot was lodged in my throat. In Just 3 weeks he lost 20 pounds, and he looked like he lost 40. He told me it was the “Afterburn Effect.” He explained to me what he was doing is replacing excess body fat with lean muscle… and that for very pound of excess body fat you replace with lean muscle you will actually burn and extra 50 calories a day… Doing nothing.
His transformation was so amazing I had to give it a try my self. I was still a bit skeptical because I watched the videos with Mike Chang, a well spoken, obviously highly educated trainer who without a doubt looks the part. There was no doubt he knew what he was talking about… but I wasn’t sure if it would work for women as well. I sent him an email, told him my situation, and honestly didn’t even respect a response. To my surprise, he responded to me in 2 hours tops with great advice and modifications I should do as a woman. I was quickly becoming a believer.
Mike obviously really cares about what he does and helping people get into shape. When I saw his before and after picture I was shocked… his belly might have been bigger than mine!
The Next day I started the program following the program along with the custom advice Mike gave to me personally. By day 3 I was a little sore… but felt more energized than I had felt in years. 30 days in I had dropped 30 pounds… A pound a day! I couldn’t believe it.
I was never hungry With Mike’s Zero Willpower Eating System… and I never had to stress about finding the time in my busy day to workout, because the workouts are so efficient I have them completed within 30 minutes!
Today my husband and I are both in the best shape of our lives. We look great, feel great, and most importantly have set a great example for our children. I am eternally grateful for Mike and the Six Pack Shortcuts program… I am a skeptic turned believer, and proof will be shown at the beach this summer, because I just bought a new bikini!
