Here’s another video showing how you can get six pack abs without needing a gym or lots of equipment. In this one, I show some of the exercises that I do to burn fat.
You’ll notice I’m not jogging, or doing any “traditional” cardio in this workout. That’s because traditional cardio sucks, and is a waste of time. This type of workout burns far more calories in the long term than treadmills or ellipticals. Plus, it’s FAR more fun than mindlessly climbing stairs for half an hour — which makes it far more likely you’ll stick with it.
